Run Finding the Light in your community
Gyms, clubs, and groups of friends bring the workout to their community each October and raise money as a team for the Foundation Fighting Blindness. Here's how.
Create your team and set a goal
Start a team on the official Finding the Light campaign page and set a fundraising goal. Share your team's link so every donation counts toward it.
Create a team ↗Pick a day with your community
Schedule the workout and invite your members, friends, and family. Set a suggested donation for participants (usually $10–25 per person) that they give through your team page.
Choose your workout
Kym DeKeyrel programmed the workout. Pick the version that fits your crowd, or offer all three.

Sighted Guide
With a partner
- Partner A completes the workout blindfolded, guided by Partner B.
- Then switch: Partner B goes blindfolded, guided by Partner A.
Make it work for your group
- Half it: cut the reps to 10 per movement, or do fewer rounds, for a shorter class or newer athletes.
- Partner style: pair people up and split the reps however they like. Pairing with the Sighted Guide version works great.
