About Team Cougars/GSE
Kym DeKeyrel, an Adaptive CrossFit Games athlete who lives with Retinitis Pigmentosa, designed the Finding the Light workout. Her son Easton plays for Golden State Elite Hockey, and this year the whole club is taking it on together.
Each Golden State Elite Hockey team runs Kym's workout on its own day and raises money for the Foundation Fighting Blindness, which funds research toward treatments and cures for blinding retinal diseases like Kym's. Pick your team, donate, and help them climb the standings.
